This summer, I spent part of my holidays doing some voluntary work. I decided to go to the top most part of India…near the Himalayas. The craggy mountain folds,the blue, blue sky, along with the most amazing people on earth, made it such a memorable experience. This was, indeed, better than skyping with another classroom!
This was a life-changing experience. I tried, somewhat successfully, to include a lot creativity and inquiry into my work with the students. Here is a link to my travel and educational experience in Leh:
